CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY

By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to our conditions of supply. None of these conditions are intended to remove your rights in Law, but are to ensure that you are legally entitled to purchase spectacles from us, that we are legally entitled to sell them to you, and you receive a product to your entire satisfaction and suitable for the intended purpose.

Ø You may not purchase prescription spectacles from us if you are, or the intended wearer is, under the age of 18yrs.

Ø You may not purchase prescription spectacles from us if you are, or the intended wearer is, registered blind, or partial sighted.

Ø Your prescription must be less than 2 years old, and you have not been informed by anyone that a new examination is advisable.

Ø Spectacles will only be delivered to the address of the cardholder.

Ø All returns should comply with one of our guarantees.

Ø You are required to acknowledge on the order page that you have read, and agree to these conditions.
