If, within 7 days of the spectacles being delivered to the address on your order, you are not 100% satisfied with your new spectacles, or the service we have provided, we will refund the full cost of your spectacles (inc. p&p.) plus the return postage to us provided:

 

Þ                                  You have notified us by text/email within the 7 days that you wish to return the spectacles.

Þ                                  You have been given a returns number, which should be included with the return.

Þ                                  We receive the spectacles in a clean and undamaged condition within 7 days of your notice of your intention to return them to us.

Þ                                  The spectacles should be returned by the Post Office Special Delivery service.

Þ                                  The return should also include any box, case, cleaner, COA card (unmarked), store voucher, Spex-by-post voucher, and any other item included with the order we sent to you.

Þ                                  You are not obliged to give a reason for the return, but it would help us in quality control to give regard to your dissatisfaction, and endeavour to improve our service.
