Our Exchange Guarantee

 

 

 

If, within 7 days of the spectacles being delivered to the address on your order, you wish to exchange your spectacles for another model, we would be pleased to do so provided:

 

Þ                                  You have notified us by text/email within the 7 days that you wish to exchange the spectacles.

Þ                                  You have been given a returns number, which should be included with the return.

Þ                                  We receive the spectacles in a clean and undamaged condition within 7 days of your notice of your intention to exchange them.

Þ                                  The spectacles should be returned by the Post Office Special Delivery service.

Þ                                  The return should also include any box, case, cleaner, COA card (unmarked), store voucher, Spex-by-post voucher, and any other item included with the order we sent to you.

Þ                                  We will credit the cost of the spectacles (exc. p&p.) against the cost of the new ones (plus p&p).

Þ                                  You are not obliged to give a reason for the return, but it would help us in quality control to give regard to your dissatisfaction, and endeavour to improve our service.
