If you are not 100% satisfied with your new spectacles, or the service we have provided, please let us know by email within 7 days of receipt and we will either:

ü Refund the cost of the spectacles. (more info.)

ü Exchange the spectacles for another pair. (more info.)

ü Replace the lenses FOC to a different prescription of the same form. (more info.)

ü Upgrade the lenses, with full credit for the cost already paid. (more info.)
