Our Replacement Prescription Guarantee
If,
within 7 days of the spectacles being delivered to the address on your order,
you wish to change your lenses because you made a mistake in your order, or the
optometrist issued a non-tolerance change, we would be pleased to do so free of
charge provided:

You
have notified us by text/email within the 7 days that you wish to change the
prescription.
Þ
You
have been given a returns number, which should be included with the return.
Þ
We
receive the spectacles in a clean and undamaged condition within 7 days of your
notice of your wish to
change the lenses.
Þ
The
spectacles should be returned by the Post Office Special Delivery service.
Þ
The
return should be returned in its original packaging, with full postage paid.
Þ
We
will replace the lenses to the original type (e.g. single vision, bifocal,
photochromic) free of charge.
Þ
You
are not obliged to give a reason for the return, but it would help us in
quality control to give regard to your dissatisfaction, and endeavour to
improve our service.
