Our Upgrade Guarantee

 

 

 

 

If, within 7 days of the spectacles being delivered to the address on your order, you wish to change your lenses because you wish to upgrade, we would be pleased to do so on payment of the difference in cost + p&p. provided:

 

Þ                                  You have notified us by text/email within the 7 days that you wish to change the prescription.

Þ                                  You have been given a returns number, which should be included with the return.

Þ                                  We receive the spectacles in a clean and undamaged condition within 7 days of your notice of your intention to upgrade the lenses.

Þ                                  The spectacles should be returned by the Post Office Special Delivery service.

Þ                                  The return should be returned in its original packaging, with full postage paid.

Þ                                  We will replace the lenses to the upgrade type (e.g. single vision, bifocal, photochromic) charging only the difference in the cost of the new lenses + p&p..

Þ                                  You are not obliged to give a reason for the return, but it would help us in quality control to give regard to your dissatisfaction, and endeavour to improve our service.
