Question: “Which of the personal details I provide you with will you keep, and for how long?”

1. Name, address, telephone number. For our own records and internal audit, these will be retained by us only for as long as they will be required. It is not our policy to send unsolicited mail, or use telephone sales.

2. Email address. This will be retained as long as is necessary to contact you regarding any specific order you have placed. You may register to receive emails to keep you informed of any offers from D&V Pellowe Ltd. Should you no longer wish to receive information regarding our offers, please email unsubscribe@spex-by-post.co.uk and your email address will be deleted from our records. Please place ‘unsubscribe’ in the email header.

3. Details of your order. We will retain the particulars of your order, including frame and lens details, COA and guarantee details, date of prescription, pd., costs, special offers, and declaration of your compliance with our Conditions of Supply only as long as is necessary to comply with UK tax laws..

4. GooglePay and PayPal. If you have used this method of payment, spex-by-post does not have access to your credit card details. Therefore no such information will be retained.

Question: “Will you pass any of my details on to anyone else?”

No. Your information will only be used by D&V Pellowe Ltd. for the purpose of facilitating your order, and advising you of offers via your email address if you registered to receive them. No information will be passed to a third party unless they have a right in UK Law to demand it.
